Drunken Noodles

Now the cooking process is pretty easy you just have to do it in order! Make sure you use a big enough pan/pot!
Step 1

Sautée diced chicken for about 2mins until it’s 90% cooked. Remove and reserve.

Step 2

Add some neutral oil and sauté shallots and green onion.

Step 3

Add garlic and chilies at the very end when everything starts to brown a little.

Step 4

Through in peppers and greens. Sautée all together for 30-45secs then add chicken.

Step 5

Add noodles (mine can be added dry but you have to make sure you don’t have to cook yours before hand, then I wouldn’t add hot water to your sauce).

Step 6

Add sauce, basil, and cook until it’s absorbed! Then serve and I topped mine with Fresno chili’s, green onion and a little black garlic and a lime wedge.

Make The Sauce

- 3-5 Tbs of Low Sodium Soy sauce

- 3 Tbs of Coconut Aminos (great replacement for fish sauce and even skip the soy sauce if you want!)

- 1Tbs Rice Wine Vinegar

- Chili Oil - Tsp Ginger

- Ground White pepper

- 2 Tbs coconut sugar

- about a cup of hot water
